Our Premium Dried Kashmiri Apricots are naturally sun-dried without sulphur dioxide or artificial preservatives. Many commercial dried apricots are treated with sulphites to maintain their bright orange colour and extend shelf life — a process that can trigger reactions in sulphite-sensitive individuals and adds nothing of nutritional value.
