1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled
• In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for eligible claims

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing Time:
5–7 business days (may vary depending on payment provider)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• No refund is applicable if payment has not been made

5. Cancellation by Heevan Saffron

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability
• Payment failure or suspected fraud
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Operational or logistical issues

In such cases, customers will be informed, and any paid amount will be fully refunded.

6. Failed Delivery / Non-Acceptance

If a customer:

• Refuses to accept delivery, or
• Is unavailable despite multiple delivery attempts

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order
• Restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

7. Modifications to Policy

Heevan Saffron reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
